Sincere and thoughtful Clinical Care

This hospital was opened as an affiliated hospital with Nippon Medical University in 1977 in Tama New Town. Our mission was to become the key hospital of regional medical services at the strong request of Tokyo Metropolitan Government and then Housing and Urban Development Corporation. Ever since then, we have been committed to providing the community of South Tama District Tamanagayama Hospitalwith the best medical care available. Accordingly, not only as a key hospital of the community but also as Affiliated Hospital to University, we have been mustering very best resources for advanced medical technology, research and medical education. Our missions are: 1) Practice safe and advanced medicine from the patient perspective. 2) Fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the role of key hospital and contribute to the society. 3) Be committed to educating excellent physicians, specialist and other medical providers.

Based upon these missions, we will continue to promote cooperation with other hospitals in the nearby area in diagnosing illness, and we shall always stand by our patients and strive to do our utmost in providing the best trustworthy treatment and clinical service to meet the health care needs of patients.
