Reception Hours
At our hospital, reception hours are designated for each department. Please refer to the "Guide to Departments" for specific reception times.
Important Notes:
- Some departments require an appointment.
- Reception and consultation hours may change due to unforeseen
circumstances.
- If you wish to visit without an appointment, please call us in advance to confirm
the details before coming to the hospital.
Closed days of regular service:
Sundays, National holidays,
From December 30th to January 4th,
Foundation Day (April 15th) or its rescheduled date
Items Required for Reception
✔ A health insurance card, My Number insurance card, or eligibility certificate
✔ A referral letter from another medical institution (if you have one)
✔ Photo identification (such as a resident card, passport, or driver's license)
For First-Time Patients
If this is your first visit to our hospital or the first time visiting a specific department, please proceed to the New Patients Registration. At this time, you will need to complete the required fields on the consultation application form and present it along with a referral letter from your doctor (if you have one) and either your health insurance card, My Number insurance card, or eligibility certificate.
About Referral Letters
Our hospital works with other medical institutions and generally requires a referral from your primary care physician. First-time visitors without a referral will be charged an additional fee of 7,700 yen (non-insured, tax included) on top of the consultation fee.
If you have a referral, please visit our hospital at the date and time specified by your primary care physician. In some cases, the referring institution may instruct you to visit us directly.

For Returning Patients
Whether you have an appointment or not, please complete your check-in at the Re-registration machine.
If you are using a My Number Insurance Card, please complete the following steps: After checking in, use the card reader on the left to complete the My Number Insurance Card procedure. Then, proceed to your department or testing area.
Important Notes:
- If more than 6 months have passed since your last visit to a department,
please check in at the First Visit Reception instead.
- If more than 6 months have passed since your last visit, a fee of 7,700 yen
(tax included) will be charged. (This does not apply if instructed by your
doctor, but be sure to check with your doctor.)
- If you return to our hospital without a referral after being directed to a local
medical facility following your treatment here, an additional special fee will
apply.
- If you fail to bring your health insurance card or equivalent documents, your
visit may be treated as self-funded.
- We confirm insurance eligibility at each visit. Please ensure you bring a health
insurance card, My Number insurance card, or eligibility certificate.
- If you are approved for public medical assistance or if your address or name
has changed, please submit the necessary documents at the New Patients
Registration.
Interpretation Services
If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, please arrange for an interpreter on your own.
✔ We offer paid interpretation services in seven languages, including English, Chinese,
Taiwanese, and Korean. For details or to request this service, please contact the
Division of International Medical Service Promotion.
✔ Free video interpretation is also available in the following languages: English,
Chinese, Korean, Thai, Russian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Tagalog,
Nepali, Hindi, and Indonesian.
Flow of Consultation and Payment
About Payment
After Your Consultation, please submit the clear file「外来基本会計カード専用」to the accounting counter. You will receive a payment display number slip.
Once your number appears on the payment display screen, please use the automatic accounting machine to settle your medical fees. Payments can be made in cash or by debit/credit card.
Our hospital accepts the following credit cards.
If you have been prescribed medication within the hospital, you will receive a "Medication Exchange Ticket." Please present it at the pharmacy to collect your medication.
